Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork cutlets, pounded to 1/4inch thickness
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Place the pork cutlets between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.

Step 2

Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes.

Step 3

Dip each cutlet in the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Heat the butter and oil in a large Skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the cutlets to the Skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 6

Remove from the Skillet and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 7

Serve warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
